The movie is called Dragon Tiger Gate. I loved it so much I bought the blu-ray on Amazon (2 weeks ago and still waiting btw :( ( ).

I decided to try and animate a semi realistic 3D fight scene for myself this time using the Gears of War characters. Well one thing led to another and there had to be a beginning and an end so that is what I am working on currently. Here are a couple images from that scene. Big thanks to Zach Scott who suggested I turn the map from day to night and basically fix everything… Its working out great. Look for a release in a couple weeks. Cheers!

I let them know what all I needed and what was involved.  Long story short is that after a dozen email exchanges they were unable to gain permission from Bungie and MSoft for the characters and Epic for the engine.  If I were Microsoft I probably wouldn’t want people to see how awesome Halo looks in the unreal engine either.  The bright side is that I have decided to do it anyways :)  maybe :P

Treadster Media has opened up a new section of the website.  It is our test renders…including Unreal physX, Ragdoll, and some driving tests.  There will be some more exciting tests being posted soon.
